Great News! HeartandPoleFitness has moved it's location to a fabulous new space. Our unique studio offers a variety of fitness classes in an intimate boutique-like atmosphere and a great venue to host bachelorette parties. Our talented instructors will provide you with a personalized workout experience like no other! We have added some wonderful claasses to our fitness roster including, Yoga and Belly Dancing. Check out our "classes" tab for updated schedules and pricing. In addition to new classes we've also added a retail shop featuring exclusive HeartandPole merchandise, sexy shoes and accessories.
