HeartandPoleFitness provides an amazing workout and we want to share the benefits of this intense workout with other women so that they too can realize their fitness and body image goals. Pole Fitness is not an easy workout- it is not meant to be. It is meant to challenge you and keep your body guessing as to what is coming next. The variety of exercises that can be done using the pole will prevent your body from "plateauing" and take your body where you want it to be...FIT. It is definitately a workout like no other!
Also for the convenience of our clients we have expanded our class roster to include Yoga and Belly Dance. Our talented and experienced staff can help keep your work out well-rounded and challenging for all levels of fitness.
